...MoreDr. Esther Chavez is currently an Assistant Professor of Leadership Studies in the School of Business and Leadership. She is a native Texan, born and raised in El Paso, Texas. She obtained her Bachelors in Marketing from Texas A&M University in 1995. While working for Citi, she obtained her MBA from Our Lady of the Lake University as well as her mutual funds investment licenses. During her time at Citi, she progressed into several leadership roles including her final assignment as Director of Credit Sales Strategy. In 2005, she began her PHD work in Leadership Studies at Our Lady of the Lake University which she completed in May of 2009 and has lead to her current assignment as Professor of Leadership Studies and Associate Dean of the School of Business and Leadership.
