Improving Behaviour in the classroom
As teachers, we often find ourselves managing disruptive behavior, or dealing with unruly children throughout the school day.

I couldn't agree more. As with any field, setting ground rules from the start is crucial. Boundaries are set and all parties are aware so if rules are broken everyone knows the consequences. As in the classroom, it's much easier to be a tough teacher from Day 1 than being lenient at first and then trying to enforce rules later in the school year.
