Educational counseling
Educational counseling is such an important task to do now a days in such a hectic world. Students don't even know whether they need counselling or not so we should pay attention to it and make it applicable to every student not make it as a choice.
It is wrong to consider that career guidance and counseling in education are needed for those students who have to make a life choice or a career choice. The need is to interact with the students as frequently as possible and at all levels of development.
Often when the right approach is not taken at the start of school life, it becomes close to impossible to establish lines of communication after some time. Thus the stress must be laid as early as possible to have guidance sessions with the students to open up lines of communication between the students and the teachers at an institution.
Students in this hectic and stressful world needs counselling even if if they don't realise. If students are not given counselling it may lead them to wrong path. Thus it's very important in early childhood.Thus two way communication which is essential part of counselling should enable students to lead stress free and Guide them wherever required!
This is an absolute necessity. It is highly problematic that students at the beginning may not understand the importance of establishing the lines of communication.They may be unaware of where they intend to go with their career. It only through communication of a long stretch that can help them determine their path.
Totally agree with you. communication and give be a trustworthy teacher is key for educational counseling.
