The effects of Teaching and Learning of Teachers and students during distance Learning
During the distance learning many schools are affected because teachers are not ready to implement the distance learning because of lack of trainings on how to use the technology and to promotes the distance learning. but the teacher never stops attend trainings to learned more on how the technology become effective to their students. and also, the Department of Education promotes and make different programs to make the distance learning effective. As of now the Teacher and students already adjusted using the distance learning but it is not enough to fulfill the needs of the students.
@Sheryl Ancheta, I feel you, Ma'am. As fellow educator I can say also that implementing distance learning is not that easy. This kind of educational setup is new to us, although we attended series of webinars but not all will address the specific needs of our students. But I guess we have to embrace the change even if it hurts, let us make this as a challenge for us to continue serving for our students.
@sheryl Ancheta, I agree that distance learning is not enough, but we need to be more proactive on how we can give more to the learners. shaping the student's is the number one priority especially in this time of the pandemic, it will be a challenge but we can do our best in helping to shape the future thru technology.
