Didactic and Authentic Education
The Human Capital is the primary element for the National Economic and Development Authority (NEDA) of the Philippines Development Plan 2017-2022. Since, workforce plays a role in the socio-economic progress. As response to the need, the Government created the Enhanced Basic Education Curriculum or known as the K to 12 Program. This program is based on the international standard system that create opportunities to be globally competitive graduates. Besides, Bureau of Alternative Learning System promotes out-of-school youth and adult learning. On the other hand, the higher education such as State Universities and Colleges increased enrollment because of the Free Tuition fee policy, while private schools are provided with financial assistance. Alongside the policy, the Philippine Qualifications Framework (PQF) monitors the learning qualifications and outcomes for the education and training sectors are aligned with the International standards.
In addition, Inclusive Learning in the Philippines implemented in Basic Education until Higher Education. This policy promotes equality and break boundaries to Persons with Disability. PWDs are included in the mainstream of formal education with assistive technology that could considered as didactic and authentic education.

Inclusive Education fosters a culture of respect and belonging. It also provides the opportunity to learn about and accept individual differences. It provides all children with opportunities to develop friendships with one another.
The Department of Education promotes different program to enhance the ability or skills of the teachers and the students. As of now in the new normal set up of education we have a blended learning but the most used is the modular print it gives the alternative Delivery mode Programmes it will cater the difficulties of the students and teachers. As of now we already adjusted in the new Learning.
Inclusive education must be coupled with quality education and competence of the teachers. The government must give the department of education a priority to sustain its enrollees and avoid drop outs. 4ps and other financial assistance must be monitored to serve its purpose.
