Now and in the future, the skills we need in order to finished a work could be different from the school curriculum. I have experience, many of my friend and people i know learn computer science, learn video editing, and any other skills which is not so popular in the past and regarded as minor and not valuable skill.

But, Now the skills which was underestimated in the past, surprisingly are very important and payed high, for example social media specialist, content creator, gamer, and so on.

Then, we can understand that students need freedom to learn and allocate their time to the activities they want. They should have the right to decide what important for them. If they understand their path and plan in learning, they will get motivation and could engage more in learning process.

Piaget and many psychologist suggested that students need to be active in learning process (Piaget, 1954, 1974 in Mims, 2003) (1). The clear vision of students' learning will encourage them to learn in integrative way. They will learn the theory and also actively implemented it maybe in community or institution as learning by doing.
