  Mr. Md Ziaul Haque Sheikh is currently a Ph.D. Research Fellow at the Department of International Relation, South Asian University, New Delhi. His thesis title is "Assessing the Impact of Religious and Social Constitutional Identities on Foreign Policy: A Comparative Perspectives from South Asian Countries. He is also working as an Assitant Professor at the Department of Islamic History and Culture, Jagannath University, Dhaka and now under study leave. Previously he served at Transparency International Bangladeshi (TIB) and WAVE Foundation. Mr. Sheikh has completed his BA (Honours) and MA from the University of Dhaka in 2007 and 2008 respectively and also completed a Post-graduate Diploma in International Relations from same University. His papers "Reviewing the Great Power Attributes and the Status of the Ottoman Turkey and Mughal India as Great Power" and "Akbar's Interreligious Dialogue, Pos-secularism and Global Intellectual History" have published by the European Journal of Economic and Political Studies (EJEPS) and Bangladesh International Institute of Strategic Studies (BIISS) respectively. His another writing "Constitutional Development and Secularism in Bangladesh 1972-2011" has been published in the Bangla Academy Research Journal. His one Book and 9 research papers have been published. He has attended seven international conferences and presented his papers. The research interest of Ziaul is in the areas of Religion and Politics of South Asia, Religions and Foreign Policy of South Asia, Identity Politics and the Political and Societal Security of South Asia.
