  I am a former professional figure skater. I have shared the ice and podium with Olympians Kristi Yamaguchi, Tonya Harding, and Nancy Kerrigan. I know what it takes to compete at an elite level. Unfortunately, I had a tragic career-ending knee injury. I also lost my Dad when I was 13 years old. Finally, I have had 5 surgeries in 5 years. So, I know about disappointment, heartache and pain. Through this, I have developed action steps to navigate when the insurgency in life hits you.
