  I am currently a postdoctoral researcher at the Linnaeus Univeristy Centre for Concurrences in Colonial and Postcolonial Studies in Sweden. I am a graduate of Trinity College Dublin and hold a Masters degree from the ENS Lyon and a doctorate from Oxford University. My research interests include postcolonial theatre and film, gender studies, European, Asian, and Caribbean theatre. I am also a playwright and a keen theatre practitioner. I have published in the Journal of Romance Studies, Transtextes Transcultures, and on the University of Edinburgh's Dangerous Woman project website. See personal webpage for more details.
