Before that I worked as a full time consultant for three years at National center for e-learning and distance learning, before that I worked as the head of computer department at Teachers college for 2 years, before that I worked as the dean and deputy dean for 4 years in ministry of education. I obtained my PhD from Kansas State university in 2004.
