  Moyassar Al-Taie,PhD. Australian from Iraqi decent. Currently working as an Assistant Professor at Sharjah University, College of Business Adminstration, Department of Management. I started my academic career in 1997 and since that I taought variety of business and management cources in six universities in five countries. My research interest includes HRM, OB, Leadership, Organizational Growth and Measurement Validation. I am performing as a section editor for AJIS and reviewer for IJOS. I have published some paper in peer-reviewed journals such as CAIS and AJIS. Currently, I am teaching Human Resources Management for EMBA and undergraduate student, Special Topics in Management, Introduction to business for non business students.  I also have previously served as an HR director at one leading Iraqi R&D center 1989-1997.
