  My passion is to educate young minds and to drive changes to the education ecosystem. I bring about my experiences of 20 years in the higher education industry. Currently I am the Head of School of Pre-University Studies, School of Business and Social Sciences. My research interest revolve mainly in the area of emotional intelligence (EQ). I believe EQ is essential to striking the balance especially to better engaged the minds in the vigorous learning environment which subsequently humanize and improve the education ecosystem. My research on EQ is not limited to education spectrum but can be expanded to different specializations which promote trans-discplinary research that promote new concepts, methodologies, creativity that move beyond the boundaries of each specialization with the common goal of providing solutions.
