  Erika is a gifted Innovation Designer, facilitator and change consultant with over 15 years experience consulting across the private, not-for-profit, and public sectors. She has designed and delivered innovation programs on everything from comedy improvisation to change leadership often working on large-scale problem and puzzle-solving in complex and adaptive organizations. Erika grounds her innovation design approach in complexity science for maximum results in challenging environments. She is currently working in The Moment, a self-managed organization that is leading a lot of the discussions in Toronto on the future of work and self-management in particular. Erika is a well-respected conference speaker and has hosted workshops and keynotes on various topics including organizational design, innovation strategy, and innovation cultures. Erika has also been a performing musician for two decades, has been nominated for a Juno Award, and has performed on one of the Canadian Broadcasting Corporations 30 Best Classical Albums of All Time. She is a sparkling performer, well-versed in engaging audiences in challenging their thinking.
