I am a lecturer in Print Journalism, Department of Mass Communication, College of Arts, Social and Management Sciences (CASMAS), Caleb University, Imota, Lagos. I am the Deputy Dean of the College and the immediate past Coordinator of the institution General Studies programme. A position I held from the 2015/2016 to the 2018/2019 academic sessions. I have over 12 years journalism practical experience from major national newspapers in Nigeria. I am a member of the University Senate. Severally, I have been nominted as the Best Lecturer in the Department. I am a member of the International Association for Media and Communication Research (IAMCR), African Council for Communication Education (ACCE), Association of Communication Scholars and Professional of Nigeria (ACSPN), and Member, Advertising Practitioners Council of Nigeria (APCON). My research interest is in Media Effects, which is exemplified in my Ph.D Thesis topic: Mass Media As Agents of Political Change: An Assessment of the coverage of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP) in Nigeria.
