  Mr Sheth Zulfiqar is currently a doctoral fellow at Dept of Economcis, Aligarh Muslim University, India and was prevviously a visiting research fellow at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Mr. Sheth's research has embraced Impact evaluaton of social policies with a special emphasis on rural livelihood and Rural Development. He isw currently India's delegate to international youth forums addressing humanitarian and global concerns.
