  Scott Plous is Professor of Psychology at Wesleyan University and Founding Executive Director of Social Psychology Network (SocialPsychology.org), an online community and suite of interactive websites that have collectively received more than 350 million page views. Professor Plous is a Fellow of the American Association for the Advancement of Science, the American Psychological Association, and the Association for Psychological Science, and recipient of several national teaching and research awards, including the William James Book Award for his book The Psychology of Judgmen and Decision Making. In 2013 and 2014, his online Social Psychology class became the world's most heavily enrolled synchronous course, with more than 700,000 student registrations from over 200 countries.
