  I am veterinarian and an army officer. I am also a final year resident of the Nigerian Field Epidemiology and Laboratory Training Programme. My research interests are in antibiotic resistance and their zoonotic/bioterrorism agent potential. I believe the future for prevention of spread of resistant organisms is through the use of safe and effective vaccines. My hobbies are research, traveling, playing soccer and basketball. I am happily married with two beautiful kids, a girl and a boy.
