  Miss Fengjiao Zheng is currently a PhD student in Centre for Environment and Sustainability, University of Surrey. She has gained a Master's degree in MSC Business and Finance Management in the Newcastle Business School, Northumbria University, and a Bachelor's degree in the Management School, University of Sheffield. Miss Fengjiao Zheng is currently working on sustainable development and corporate social respinsibility, with emphasis on the linkage between employee wellbeing and productivity in labour intensive industry, especially in north-west China's cashmere industry.
