Tran Hai Ngoc has been working as a lecturer/dean/senior lecturer at Department of Foreign Languages, Ha Tinh University since 1997. He did an MEd at Otago University, New Zealand and did a research at Monash University, Australia. Now, he is a PhD candidate in Education at Viet Nam Institute of Educational Sciences in Ha Noi. His research interests include EFL pedagogy and assessment, teacher education, teacher professional development, educational management and leadership. He was the first author of a research paper published on a Scopus-indexed journal, School Management and Leadership, Q2, 38(1), 80-101, doi 10.1080/13632434.2017.1371690. His other three research manuscripts, which were submitted to SSCI/Scopus-indexed journals, are currently under review.
