  Francis is passionate about public health and health systems research with a decade experience in Ghana. I have worked as the Program Coordinator for the Henry M. Jackson Foundation/Austere Consortium for Enhanced Sepsis Outcome/Naval Medical Research Council-Ghana Detathment, USA and Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) in the NAMRU-3GD/ACESO/KNUST Consortium based in Kumasi. I also served as the Program Manager for the HJF/ACESO sepsis study at the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital (KATH), Kumasi. I was involved in the Consortium on Asthma among African -ancestry populations in the Americas (CAAPA study) as the program manager in Ghana. I was the M&E and Data Manager for the CORONIS International Study (Ghana). I have also worked as a Project Manager at the Kumasi Centre for Research in Tropical Medicine (KCCR) and also as a Senior Health Information Officer at KATH
