  My name is Dr. Bibi Alajmi. I am an Assitant Professor of Information Studies at Kuwait University. I earned my Ph.D degree in 2011 from Rutgers University, the State University of New Jersey, USA. My research focus is on Knowledge Management, knowledge sharing practices and tools, knowledge economy. I published many research papers focusing on Knowledge Management, Information and Library Sciences, Crisis Management in the Information Society. I consider myself a teacher, researchers, and coach in the Field of Knowledge Management.
