  I am currently pursuing my Ph.D. in Population studies from Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi. My Ph.D. work is titled 'A Life course perspective into retirement planning of retired salaried workers in Chennai'. I did y M.PhiI from the same university, which focused on the experience of homeless women in the night shelters in Delhi. I have also done research on street children in Delhi.
