Tilak P. Pathak is the Associate Editor of Nepal's premier daily Nagarik. He is also affiliated as lecturer at Himalayan White House Graduate School of Purbanchal University, Nepal since 2007. Beside this, he is also visiting faculty of several colleges of Nepal on media and politics. Pathak has had eighteen years of experience in Nepali Journalism, worked as an investigator reporter and held the position of an Op-ed editor in Nepal's largest selling daily Kantipur. His interest in media research led him to co-found a burgeoning media think tank of Nepal, Center for Media Research-Nepal in 2011. Pathak was a Reagan-Fascell Democracy Fellow (2015-2016) at the National Endowment for Democracy in Washington D.C. He has co-authored two books in Nepal, Constituent Assembly Members on Federalism (2014) and Media Reader (2013). He has published research articles in Studies In Nepali History and Society, Media Adhyayan, Nepali Journal of Contemporary Studies and Baha Journal.
