  I am Sidra Rizwan and my doctrate is in Education with specialization in Teacher Education. I am presently working as a lecturer at Allama Iqbal Open University, Pakistan which is the only Distance Education institution in the country.My areas of interests are Instructional Planning, Quality Education and Curriculum Development, I am also a Teacher Educator and program coordinator of B.Ed (Hons) Secondary Teacher Education at the University. Before joining the University in 2015 I worked as Academic Coordinator in Convent of Jesus and Mary, Murree. I served there for more than ten years in which I launced pre school setup in the institution introducuing Pre Nursery classes. I have experience of both pedagogy and androgogy.
