Born in São Paulo, SP, Brazil in 1956. Professor in the Drawing area at State University of Campinas (UNICAMP)from 1989 to 2018 in the field of Visual Arts with emphasis on drawing and engraving, mainly in the following areas: two dimensional representation, contemporary art production and art's research.Create the Engraving Research Center and The Print Cabinet at UNICAMP. received the award in Research's Productivity in 2011-2014 and 2014-2017, the Jaboti Award in 2009 with the books collection Cadernos de Desenho (sketchbooks).Works as curator and organizes artistic events and exhibitions. Develop, since 1980, a personal artistc project in drawing, printmaking and paiting participating in exhibitions in Brazil and abroad.
