  After surviving 10 years of child abuse, I had to learn to build myself, and my life, from scratch. In doing so, I learned the difference between surviving and thriving, and coined my motto, 'I have greatness in my life because I expect greatness in my life'. I now use my experiences in recovery to help others overcome their obstacles, redefining not only their career goals, but their mindset. I inspire and support people in creating a life of success in all areas, through motivational speaking, success coaching, and the delivery of specialised workshops. My mission is to help you find your inner power to build the life you deserve.
