  I am a researcher and policy advisor with expertise in race and gender equality and ageism. I am currently a Research Fellow at Falmouth University having spent several years as Policy Advisor in the Equality and Diversity Unit at the University of Oxford. Using methodologies including interviews and focus groups, surveys, discourse analysis, and quantitative data analysis, my research focuses on implicit bias, female and BME experiences and representation in the workplace, and intergenerational connections and ageism. Current projects include: connecting generations through creative practice for a more integrated society; implicit bias in academic work: a phenomenological study of the impact of implicit bias training; male care workers' career motivations, trajectories, and experiences; gender bias in the creative industries: students' experiences and motivations.
