I am currently employed at the Foundation Mondinsieme in Reggio Emilia (italy) as International Relations and European Projects Manager. In particular, since January 2016 I am the Programme Manager of the thematic programme "Plural economies and intercultural communities", organized in two main sub-actions: on the one side, a support to the development of a more diverse entrepreneurship and its further integration into the local economy, and on the other side, an accompaniment to companies for the identification of effective Diversity Management strategies. I also give trainings on the intercultural competence, in various contexts and to different social and economic actors (e.g. companies, teachers, students, etc.). In the past (2015) I also ideated a summer school "Diversity at work", in collaboration with the Municipality of Reggio Emilia and with the support of the Council of Europe, to share best practices on Diversity Management in four main areas: 1. private companies, 2. public institutions, 3. education, 4. health services. To give continuity to such productive collaboration, from February 2017 to January 2018 I was seconded to the Council of Europe, Directorate of Democratic Governance, to design the 2017 edition of the World Forum for Democracy, a platform for political decision-makers and activists to debate solutions to key challenges for democracies worldwide.
