The main obejctive we have as an orgnaisation in 2018 is to document creative innovative learning approcahes/methodologies informed by the local context we are in. We will get deeper into what are the various process involved in developing, designing and deliverying learning and how do we ensure the learning is sustainable and creates impact within the humanitaran sectors anylsing learning for who? for what? and why?

The "Academy" in collaboration with its partners in the regional and globally is looking at piloting various tools, learning pathways and larning products to help in achieve this. 

Joining this course is an opprtunity to expand our network focus expecialy within the Horn of Africa and learn on creative methodoligies for remote partnerships. As the "Academy" we have no plans to create offices or expand our team to all the countries we aim to reach. We strongly believe in the spirit of collaboration and are aware of the capable organisations in these locations with whom we can work with in ensuring our communities are well prepared and equiped to respond to emergencies/disater by ensuring they have access to learning.
