I am currntly working on managing the partnership portfolio of Oxfam in Yemen. My priorities is to contribute in building the local humanitarian leadership and build up the capacity of local partners. 

I am very interested on partnership by all its meanings and eager to learn a lot on how to manage very fruitful partnerships between humaniatarian/developmental acotrs. I am working on a thesis under the titel of "shifting power to localization", where partnership is main facotr of collaboration.
