Ema Talam is a PhD student in Economics at the Staffordshire University (United Kingdom). Ema completed her Master's degree in Economics at the Faculty of Economics of the University of Ljubljana (Slovenia). In 2018, she received Prešeren's Award of the Faculty of Economics of the University of Ljubljana for her Master's thesis. In 2016, Ema received Award for academic achievement of the Faculty of Economics of the University of Ljubljana for her accomplishments during her studies. Ema completed her Bachelor's degree in the field of management at the School of Economics and Business of the University of Sarajevo (Bosnia and Herzegovina). For her accomplishments during her Bachelor's degree studies, she received the Golden Badge of the University of Sarajevo. So far, Ema has published two papers in two different, broader fields: "Socialism and Marxian Economics: An Overview" and "The link between globalization and gender equality".
