  This is Roj Nath Pande, PhD in Educational Leadership, has been assigned the responsibility of Joint Secretary, Permanent Civil Service Chief Executive Officer and Committee Secretary of Social Justice and Human Rights Committee of Federal Parliament of Nepal. My professional profile covers the planner and researcher in Parliamentary Affairs for oversight of government in social justice and human rights issues. I am the visiting professor of Kathmandu University/ thesis supervisor. I have bachelors education in computer science and working for five years in e-governance management in parliament secretariat. The paperless service system has been aimed in future. My academic involvement is to deliver lectures in research methodology and statistical analysis of research data in MPhil and PhD students. In the past, I had the professional attachment in working on monitoring and evaluation of Educational Programmes under Ministry of Education working in result based monitoring approach. Previously, I worked as Program Officer (Research) in University Grants Commission for five years and administered different research programmes in academic sector. My research experience can be highlighted on the following achievements: 1. successful supervision of twelve PhD candidates, 18 MPhil graduates to prepare dissertation. I have led the team to conduct base line study and needs assessment of functional education for livelihood Improvement and government counterpart for the evaluation of school health and nutrition project 2008-2012. I was also team leader for research evaluation of Bhutanese Refugee Education Programme 1992-2008. I have also conducted feasibility study of open and distance learning, school governance and role of head teacher in secondary level schooling. My scholarly contribution include research articles published in different research journals, text books for school children, preparation of teachers' guides and publication of training manuals. I have led the paperless governing system development of parliament of Nepal. My personal characteristics include self motivation, value based, result oriented and enjoy working with inclusion of people with disability. My dream is to work in social justice and human rights issues inline to develop inclusion within exclusion of different diverse Nepalese communities.
