Namhee Joo is the arts education propgram manager at Chungnam Arts and Culture Foundation since 2016. She coordinates provincial policy on culture and arts and also manages weekend arts classes for young people. She has a lot of experiences in planning and carrying out international arts and culture projects with the aim of inspiring creativity in people. Her education and network, surveys on local, national and international scales define her as a thinker and a doer. Namhee is a PH.D candidate for law and policy on cultural heritage at the Korea National University of Cultural Heritage. Her main focus of research is a sustainable conservation framework for royal palaces in Seoul.
