  I have been working on the question of religious identity in India, with a special focus on Punjab for the past four years as a part of 'Masters in Philosophy' program and my Doctoral research. I completed my Masters in Sociology from JNU in 2014. However, at the undergraduate level, I studies Journalism and Mass Communication. Thus, my academic career so far has been promisingly inter-disciplinary. I also hold eligibility for University teaching in India, accredited by the University Grants Commission. In the past, I worked with the Times of India and the Press Trust of India as a SUb-Editor on the Human-Interest beat.
