  I'm a recent Ph.D. graduate from the Justice Studies program at Arizona State University. My research focus is on the need to decolonize higher education, specifically human rights education. I have been teaching ESOL for the past 15 years in colleges and universities across the U.S. as well as abroad. Currently, I teach ESOL at the Community College of Baltimore County and serve as the ESOL Coordinator for one of our three main campuses.
