  I am a lecturer in the faculty of communication, media and broadcasting teaching mainly research and udertaking supervision for undergraduate research. i also teach cross teaching courses in sociology. I have been at this university since January 2010. I also sit as in advisory council as a member for Non-Governmental Organization called Help-Lesotho, the position i have held since October 2013. I have also worked as a public servant for a period of five years at Training and Development Officer in the Ministry of Finance and Development planning. I am a team-player who works smoothly with people from all walks of life and different cultural backgrounds. I pride myself as a hard worker who can work under pressure if the situation allows and am an organized individual. i have since started researching in areas of education and technology, community issues and would like to expand my research experience in other issues that affect the world daily.
