  After careers, which included psychological researcher for the Prisoner of War Studies in the 70's, Law Enforcement in the 80's, Trial Lawyer and Pro Tem Judge in the 90's and 2000's, I began my final career path in 2003. As a teacher at National University, I have taught courses in Law, Aleternative Dispute Resolution, Criminal Justice, Homeland Security, and Public Administration. For ten years I was the Academic Program Director for the ADR Program at NU, during which time I presented and lectured nationally and internationally, including presentations before the Parliment of the European Union and the Irish Dail. Now, as Department Chair for Professional Studies, I shepherd nine programs. For eight years, I was the senior mediator and instructor for the San Diego Restorative Justice Mediation Program. I continue to facilitate one on one victim offender mediations, and large scale community forurms.
