  Allison Budaj is a Humanities and Human Communication Instructor at Chattahoochee Technical College and a Liberal Arts adjunct faculty member with Southern New Hampshire University. At this time, she is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Interdisciplinary Studies with a concentration in Humanities & Culture, along with graduate certificates in both Creative Writing and Women & Gender Studies at Union Institute & University in Cincinnati, Ohio. Her dissertation research focuses on gender representation, emerging female roles, and optimism in AMC's The Walking Dead.
