  Current research focuses on consumer attitudes and preferences including shopping behavior. At the moment he is working on conducting a research project that involves developing collaborative relationships with a number of community-based organizations in investigating dietary choices and shopping behavior of food desert residents. Earlier work includes social problem solving involving community-based organization and organization climate factors. His Academic background is in agricultural extension and management-organizational design and behavior. Research interests include consumer behavior, community organizations structure, function and behavior. Professional experiences include serving as Executive Director of the Environmental Foundation of Jamaica and as President of the College of Agriculture now College of Agriculture Science and Education, Portland, Jamaica.
