I am currently a professor of management at Hawaii Pacific University for 14 years. I teach Business Policy at the undergraduate/graduate levels, and Business in Contemporary Society classes at the undergraduate level. I received my Ph.D. in Business Administration and Masters Degree in Public Administration from Texas Tech University, and my Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Colorado.
I have two recent publications (2013 and 2014) in the Journal of Higher Education Theory and Practice, related to improving business student teaching and business classroom practices. In 2010, I attended and presented a paper at the Oxford Round Table on Business Ethics at Oxford University. My current research interests are: ethical self leadership, sustainable strategic management, and organizational change. In 1998, I was the first scholar-in-residence at the Oracle Corporation, during my sabbatical from San Francisco State University, where I received tenure and taught ten years. I am also a Price-Babson Fellow and SIFE Fellow.
