Susan Gerofsky uses genre theory, embodied and arts-infused learning and performance theory to her work in garden-based education and mathematics education. As professor of Education at the University of British Columbia, she is one of the founders of the Orchard Garden Outdoor Classroom project at the University of British Columbia, a long-time member of the Environmental Education Caucus and a member of the Faculty’s Sustainability Working Group.
