  I have a Doctorate in Educational Leadership, a Masters in Educational Management, certificates from Harvard Graduate School of Education (WIDE), a certificate in International School Leadership and leadership experience in six countries. I am a certified Gallup Clifton Strengths coach. I provide practical and effective solutions to team development, leadership, and the mindset to develop an outstanding organization. I help found an international school in Norway and together with my wife have run a non-profit organization called The Simunye Project which takes teenagers to South Africa on an 18-day service trip each year. I have recently spent time in the corporate world advising on leadership, innovation and the development of learning communities. I am happily married with three teenage children!
