Pablo Beytía is a PhD student at Humboldt University in Berlin. His current project aims to describe and explain the general structures of historical discourse on Wikipedia. He was a Lecturer at the Catholic University of Chile, and also taught at the Diego Portales, Alberto Hurtado and Desarrollo universities. In the professional field, he was director of the Social Research Center of TECHO-Chile, an international NGO, and adviser to the Ministry of Interior and Public Security of the Government of Chile. He is a sociologist, and a master's degree in sociology from the Catholic University of Chile, and a master's degree in philosophy from the University of Chile.
