  I am a graduate student of the department of Business Administration of Nnamdi Azikiwe University. My first degree was in Banking & Finance, I also two masters degree in management and Human Resource Management. I am at the final stage of my doctorate degree in Business Administration. My desire is to be a faculty member and to engage in research. I have so far coauthored two published works one on employee selection and evaluation and secondly, Occupational Health and Safety in selected manufacturing organisations. My work experience is in the banking industry and the University as an Auditor. My research interests are in the following areas: Organizational behaviour, Organisational culture, Cultural diversity, employee relations, Entrepreneurship development and so on. Less
