  Njeri has over five yars experience in the non-profit sector. She earned a degree in social work and Criminology and is currently pursuing and MA in Global Development and Peace at the University of Bridgeport, College of Public and International Affairs. Njeri is a social impact proffession who is zealous about creating meaningfrul and sustainable change among marginalized people and communities by contributing to strategic social interventions. When school is in session, Njeri works as a writing Tutor at the University's Tutoring and Learning Center.She is also an Alumni fellow of American Express Leadership Academy, Atlas Corps and Starting Bloc, which all have contributed to her growth as a leader.Currently, Njeri is working at the United Nations Headquaters in New York at the Department of Economic and Social Affairs.Besides having her professional carreer and academics, Njeri enjoys reading, travelling, and outdoor adventures. She also likes to host friends and families to make memories.
