  Originally from New York city, have dual American and Canadian citizenship. Have a BSc in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell (U.S.), an MBA with an Information Systems designation from McMaster University (Canada) as well as a certificate in Gerontology from Ryerson University (Canada). I have considerable volunteer experience including time spent chairing Boards of Directors.  Developed an interest in knowledge management while studying for my MBA, presented at the World Congress on the Management of Intellectual Capital. Currently enrolled in the Information and Knowledge Strategy MSc. program with Columbia with a completion date of December 2016. Hold a designation as a Certified Health Executive with the Canadian College of Health Leaders.
