  María Isabel Fernández García is a Researcher at the Department of Interdisciplinary Studies in Translation, Languages and Cultures (University of Bologna at Forlì, Italy) and has been teaching at the Advanced School for Interpreters and Translators (University of Bologna at Forlì) since 1989. She has held modules in Spanish as a Second Language, Translation from Spanish into Italian and Oral Language Mediation (Italian-Spanish). In 1992 she started the Spanish university theatre workshop, of which she is the coordinator, and she is the scientific director of the Centre for Theatre Studies Aula di Studi Scenici e Comunicazione Interculturale of Department SITLeC.
