Martin Luccarelli is full professor in Industrial and Material Design at the School of Textiles & Design of Reutlingen University in Germany since 2015. He holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Design from the Polytechnic University of Milan and a PhD in Sustainable Energy and Technologies from the Free University of Bolzano, in collaboration with the Technical University of Munich. Prior to his appointment at Reutlingen University, Martin Luccarelli was Assistant Professor in Technologies and Production Systems for Product Design at the Faculty of Design and Art of the Free University of Bolzano and worked as professional designer in Europe, Middle East, and Asia in the fields of industrial and transportation design.
