Marna Hauk, Ph.D. teaches sustainability education, climate change education, leadership, and regenerative design for graduate learners at Prescott College and Champlain College. She directs programs at the intersection of creativity, eco-restoration, and the living wisdom traditions for the Institute for Earth Regenerative Studies in the Pacific Cascadia bioregion (www.earthregenerative.org). Co-editor of the 2017 practitioner guide, Community Climate Change: A Mosaic of Approaches (2017, NAAEE & Cornell Press), she serves on the board of the Journal of Sustainability Education. A permaculture designer and teacher, published poet, and educational researcher, Marna develops processes for collaborative creativity sparked by patterns from nature and bioculture. Dr. Hauk has over 90 refereed publications and presentations internationally. She holds a PhD in Sustainability Education from Prescott College and graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Reed College. Marna is a Community Climate Change Fellow of the North American Association of Environmental Education (NAAEE) through a program of the EPA.
