...MoreLisa Annese is CEO at Diversity Council Australia (DCA). DCA is the only independent, not-for-profit workplace diversity advisor to business in Australia. In this role, she manages a team of professionals to lead debate on diversity and inclusion (D&I) in the public arena, develop and promote the latest industry D&I research, and deliver innovative resources to enable DCA members to drive business improvement. Previously Lisa worked as the first dedicated Diversity Manager at Corrs Chambers Westgarth which later won the Lawyers Weekly Firm Diversity Award. Prior to this she at the federal Workplace Gender Equality Agency she developed the first ever census of ‘Australian Women in Leadership’ and the ‘Employer of Choice for Women’ citation. Lisa is raising three independent and broad minded daughters with her partner in Sydney and is heavily involved in local community activities with them.
